test scenarios, associates will become proficient with UDS software.
Support can then be offered to taxpayers associated with the
state(s) that you support. Going beyond the scope of this introduction, an
associate with a deeper understanding and capability of supporting taxpayers
can offer more extensive help to taxpayers with a corresponding revenue
increase.
NOTE: Again it is important to note that developing a UDS tax capability
for selected states does not require knowledge of taxes. The learning and
gaining experience with UDS software is solely for the purpose of offering
support to taxpayers if or when required. If the support is unavailable
or insufficient, then the support request can be pushed-up to UDS service
center for the required support.
