In order to extend UDS capabilities and to become competitive with the major tax
companies (e.g., H&R Block, TurboTax, TaxACT) UDS needs to support all states that
have an income tax. Each states revenue agency then advertises those tax software
companies that support their respective states.
UDS has developed significant capabilities that can extend to state tax module
development. Assistance is required in order to develop these capabilitues.
Each associate would be responsible for a state development and be the sole UDS
representative for that selected state. This includes every aspect of UDS online
software capabilities and services for the respective state.
